Been to many sushi restaurants and sushi bar before. This one has great NA stylish interior design and atmosphere. Not... traditional Japanese sushi restaurant, but the rolls and some dishes are really have some local taste and Kona style which isgood and not easy to find. Most sushi roll here will not use raw meat like most common sushi bar, instead they using cookedsalmon. All sushi taste really good, there is no wired one or the one you should avoid, every kind of rolls are safe choice. Andfor all you can eat, the size of each plates are larger than other restaurants which be careful, you may think you can eat itall but when you see the full plate of food, you may regard you ordered too much. Lastly, the service quality is extremely good,the waitresses Maddie was friendly, lovely and patient. Plus the location, easy to park, lots of spaces, this is my favouritesushi restaurant now.
