I'm sure they are usually lovely, but that was not my experience. I walked in and just stood there for 5 straight minutes.... Nobody acknowledged that I was there. Just kept on standing there. So finally a bald guy was there and I said excuse me isanybody working the counter. He replies in a very snobby manner, YES, as I'm sure you can see, everybody is very busy thank you.It shocked me cuz I tried to be polite. So I said it was a simple question.
