Lately hate going through the drive thru. They asked me to pull around to the front and they would bring out my food. Which... wouldn't be a big deal of the teenage boy behind the register wouldn't paid attention to what I was driving. I waited 10minutes with female employees occasionally looking out the window at my headlights shining in before one finally grabbed a sackand brought it outside. I asked her if it had just been sitting in there. She said that the note just said truck and walkedaway rudely before I could say anything else. I hope the franchise owner sees this and cleans up your employee pool. Jobsnot that hard that they can't pay attention to vehicles If your working the drive thru or basic customer service skills whenbringing food out to vehicles. Disappointed! Taco Tuesday, National Taco Day and we wasted a lot of gas after seeing and hearing about $1.00 taco's at Dairy... Queens. I don't mind paying 19 cents more for a taco but we left on principle. It also took them forever to get chocolatesoft serve! Lindale Dairy Queen is awesome. Horrible food and horrible service. Placed order at the drive thru told to park and they would bring our food. 30 minutes later... still waiting on our food. I go in to find out about our food and were ingored at the counter . Finally asked if I could behelped . Told the lady i wanted to check on my order. The lady asked the person in the kitchen where the order was. They saidthe order was already sent out. The lady then said oh here it is. I was handed our dinner that had been sitting ready for quitesome time and was sarcastically told "thanks buddy"... no apology whatsoever. Almost $40 worth of food - like warm dryburgers missing the cheese i ordered, cold fries, and 2 cheesecake blizzards missing strawberry topping. Read more
