VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BBQ. Read the reviews they were great so that helped make my decision to try Marshall's. My husband... and I were very disappointed. This is not bbq. Sauce was too tangy for our liking, we like a more sweet smoked meat. They plop abunch of pulled pork not seasoned meet on a hamburger bun with no sauce and they call that a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Familyowned but young girl taking the order was not friendly just straight to the point to order food. Way high price for nothinggood. $31 apprx for 1/2 rack of ribs, Texas toast, mac n cheese. Ouch... hardly no sides worth while you can get French friesanywhere nowadays, mac n cheese wasn't bad, but not hot more like cool medium. Definitely was not impressed. We pretty muchthrew away all of our food. It was such a waste. If this is what Texas BBQ taste like, you better go to Mississippi for the realdeal. This place is flat awesome. Wish I had taken better pictures. Best BBQ I've had in Texas and I've tried a lot of famous places.... Can't brag on them enough. Brisket is as good as my own and I don't have to tend a smoker 18 hours, that's saying something.Best stuffed jalapenos I've had. Smoked jalapeno creamed corn is the bomb, and all the sides are good.
