Supported this restaurant since it opened. I went to get 3 meals and milkshake, about $40. Asked for the mini pup cup of cream... for my dog and was charged for the first time. Bad experience for my girlfriend. Left out house almost 1 hour prior to get to your Emory, Tx location.(10 min away). I decided... to call her and she said she had to park that they were backed up all night, one employee in tears. Then, I called your locationto see and an employee said there were 2 employees there. If you're short staffed you should not open your business. You'recreating a bad reputation for business for yourselves and your customers and habiting chaos! The food was great but not theservice. Ordered a Jr bacon burrito and a medium shake. Staff was friendly and brought my order out fast!
I placed my order at a stall and paid with a card. They were not busy at the time. There was only one other vehicle at the... stalls. I waited. As time passes I noticed that people who were getting there after (5 at this point) me were getting theirorders (food and drink). I pushed the button because it had been 25 minutes at that point and they were having no problem takingcare of other people's orders in a timely manner. I was told there was only one cook so it may take a bit longer. Ok, thank you,I said. Then waited another 10 minutes during which time 2 more people with full trays of food and drink got their orders whenthey arrived after I had pushed the button to inquire what was going on. I don't know if they just over looked my order orforgot about it because I paid at the stall immediately after ordering, but this wasn't acceptable to me and I won't bereturning for a while. If I hadn't already paid, I would have just left. My order wasn't large or complicated. I've made thesame order multiple times and even on the busiest of days it's taken 15 minutes. I'm so frustrated right now because I gavemyself ample time to get the food before my husband had to be at work, and still ended up having to take food to him at workbecause of this. Read more
