Have always loved the French dip sandwich, until today. They have changed to some kind of hoagie bun which instantly get soggy... when dipped in the au jus that looks and taste like water with a hint of beef! Definitely won't be going back for awhile. Read more

Went through and was order # DT319 today. They messed up my order like the last ten times or ever going through their... DRIVE-THRU! I got a #2 Roast Beef Double Combo Large size. I ordered curly fries and PowerAide drink. Never received my fries, Iordered the COMBO! There was the melted cheese sauce on MY SANDWICH, if I wanted a Cheddar Roast Beef I would have ordered thecombo number for THAT INSTEAD! CALLED them, NONE of their worthless managers would ever pick their phone. They were a-holeslike this when their store was over where it is now a car sales place.
