If I could go zero stars I would. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Recieved a disheveled pile of burnt crust that never was remotely... attempted to be made into a pizza. Management should fire the clown they had working. What a joke. Thankfully there is plenty ofother pizza and convenience store options. Read more
Made are pizza wrong 4 times in one order while we waited for an hour on 1 pizza store manager was rude and unhelpful and rudely... gave a coupon for a free pizza when we wnt to use it the kitchen help refused to take are order and the store gm just stoodaround doing nothing and said if we wanted they could possibly get to it in about 5 hours they have lost my business and i won'trecommend anyone else visit this store worst service I've ever seen Read more
I stopped in here to fuel up and also needed to use the restroom pretty badly as I had been doing the potty dance in my car for... the last 100 miles or so! But when I went inside to prepay, I was told that the restroom was completely out of order due to it"needing to be cleaned..." I was then pointed towards an entirely different company's filling station altogether, which happensto be many blocks away from this one, by the most unfriendly employee I have ever met at any of the very many Casey's storesthat I've shopped at before now... All I can say is that it's a good thing that I really love the pizza at Casey's because if Ididn't, I'd likely take my business elsewhere after this extremely rude awakening... Read more
Sun Aug 4 2019, late afternoon/evening: It was a very long drive I was making with children in tow. I was beat and on the last... leg of my journey from Paducah, KY. I didn't even remember Emporia had 2 Casey's. What does stand out to me this stop was thefriendliness of one of the Team Members working. There were only 2 at the time and I didn't interact much with the one manningthe food station, but the young lady behind the counter was so incredible. She was so nice we decided to order food, even thoughwe were in a hurry to leave. She surprised me again when she bought the food out to the car and handed to me. I really wish Icould remember her name because the plan was to submit a compliment with the corporate office so that she could get recognition.The best I can do is, unfortunately, here. Even all these months later I fondly remember that brief oasis in what was atorturous drive. Worst experience EVER. First, they didn't give us our entire order. The brownies and breadsticks were missing. Then, they took... and separated our pizza into 2 boxes. Also, we specified VERY LIGHT SAUCE, and instead got extra sauce. Read more
