Their hot coffee machine wasn't working so I couldn't get hot coffee (in a coffee spot, I couldn't get hot coffee). I went to Emporia Dunkin Donuts on a Saturday morning at 9:15 and tried to order food. The lady told me there was no food... because she was busy. There was no one in there but me.
