Used to be a family favorite. We will never buy pizza from another Little Caesars again! I went to pick up my pizza from the... portal and my code wouldn't work. The staff informed me that my order had already been picked up. After confirming with myhusband that my order wasn't picked up I asked to speak to a manager. The lady who relayed my request to the manager rudely saidshe wants us to stop what we're doing so you can talk to her. The manager informs me he won't issue a refund as someone in myfamily picked the pizza up. I restated that it wasn't someone from my family and there must have been an error. He then rudelytold me that I'm the only person who would have the code, therefore my family picked up the pizza. And we wouldn't be getting arefund. So he accused me of stealing pizza in front of a room full of customers and couldn't care less that I was missing myfood. The whole place was disorganized when I arrived, they ran around looking for my pizza before informing me that I alreadypicked it up. Very lazy staff and apathetic management. I will never go back! Using the Little Caesars app and the pizza portal in the store makes ordering food from here a breeze. Great value for the pizza... and I have always enjoyed their pizza and crazy bread from here. I wish they had more locations in Broome County. Read more

I was just fired for asking a question! I asked if they thought that it was really sanitary for us to be touching all on... peoples? dough, cheese and toppings with our bare hands? I don't like touching people?s food, so i was THE ONLY ONE in the wholestore wearing gloves. The store manager Andreas told me ?if i did not like it, then I didn?t have to work there.? They do notcare that COVID is still going around! That was trifling, unsanitary and disgusting! People barely even wash their hands goodenough, let alone whats underneath their fingernails and etc. Do not order any food from this establishment! EAT AT YOUR OWNRISK!!! Read more
