Waited over 15 minutes for a standard sandwich?. What made it worse is that I watched multiple people come in AFTER me and get... their orders (sandwiches & drinks), which I found ridiculous since I was told drive thru was backed up ????????????. Read more
I gave them a four because the staff are always nice. The company needs to teach the staff how to make better drinks.

i worked here and i have never been treated so unfairly and been so disrespected and used up at a job that pays minumum wage... (not even mentioning all of the extra tasks that I did for the lazy terrible managers). by far the worst dunkin to have anyaffiliation with, whether your a customer or employee. it is much more worth it to go across the street and waste a few extraminutes of your time and a few extra dollars at starbucks?
