I was so disappointed!! I ordered a whole brisket Grinder and the menu said a half pound of meat with it. There was hardly no... meat and it was very dry. The Grinder roll was old and stail and I couldn't even eat it!! I had to throw it in the trash!! Thisis the worst place to go! Read more

I live 100 miles away in NH but I travel to get the bbq and the Polish food there. Best ribs, pulled pork and BBQ chicken I have... had in New England! Sides are so food we buy extra. The golabki and pierogi are top shelf as well. We love this place. Read more

First time customer, host was nice, service was fast. But when we got home, we were missing the mac & cheese and baked beans. We... tried calling and all we got was an answering machine. Apparently they don't answer their phone. We left messages with noresponse. The food we got was great, the experience was very good, but due to lack of response to my issue, I give it 2 stars.Unless something is done about it, I'll probably not return or recommend this place. They say that you can judge a BBQ restaurant by its brisket. If they can nail one of the hardest cuts to get right, then they're... probably pretty good. I do my own smoking, so it's rare that restaurant BBQ impresses me. Because of that, I'd been avoidingeating here. But the other day I was looking for something different for lunch and decided to finally give Smoke atry. Naturally I decided to give their brisket sandwich a try. The 8" grinder roll was advertised as holding 8 oz. of meat, but it felt like there was more than that - I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. The brisket had a solid smell of hickorysmoke and a thin, but noticeable smoke ring. The meat was moist and still had a good bite to it - it didn't crumble like somepoorly cooked briskets will do. The meat is topped with American cheese, but I think a sharp, smoked provolone would have beenbetter. The other standard by which BBQ restaurants are compared is their sauce. Smoke has a choice of a sweet honey sauce ortheir spicy aged cayenne sauce. I went with the spicy variety and was disappointed. There was an overall lack of flavor from asauce that should have had some kick based on the name. It reminds me of when McDonald's came out with their ghost pepperchicken sandwich. The name promised a lot, but the sauce failed to deliver. But let's not let the sauce detract from the realstar, the meat. This was the second best brisket I've ever had at a restaurant. BT's in Sturbridge is still the best, by far, that I have ever had. It's even better than my own. Read more

We order food once in a while from here and I'm alright with my food being greasy because that's what I signed up for when I go... to a BBQ spot but I'm really disappointed in this chili concoction. It looks like someone grabbed all the meat they could findand just poured the days grease catch into a bowl and called it a chili. You gotta fix this recipe because I've never seen achili like this in my life. General taste was definitely not there either guys. Read more
