This is currently my favorite hot chicken place along Broadway. The buttered buns and extra options/sides really set it apart... from places like Dave's. It also doesn't tend to get as busy as Dave's, which can be nice if you're grabbing hot chicken duringpeak evening and weekend hours. The staff are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable about how their heat levels compare to otherrestaurants, which can be really helpful for first-time customers who aren't sure what to order. This place is sooooo good! We came to the Englewood location on a Sunday night and were greeted by a really friendly guy. He's... super sweet and got our food out really quickly. We both got The Bird at medium and hot for the heat and both thoroughlyenjoyed every last bite. The piece of chicken was huge and the flavor was awesome.
