Management needs to check their team. I came in respectfully for a classic chicken plain with just cheese and pickles with mayo.... Got my sandwhich it looked fine but it had no pickles with tomatoes on it. No biggie. Just gonna have to ask for anothersandwhich. Walk in and the girl was automatically being defensive. Look. I know what I ordered, lady. After she mouthed off toher co workers in spanish they mean mugged me while remaking my sandwhich. Got my sandwhich and it's missing pickles andobviously purposely overloaded with mayo. The attitude was unnecessary for such a small problem! The ammount of disrespect wasmessed up. The employee working the drive thru did not put the order in correctly. I asked for 2 sandwiches in the morning around 845 am... today. The coffee had no cream and sugar, I asked for a ham and cheese croissant and got sausage. I did not recommend goinghere. Oh and they don't answer the phone when I called. Ordered whopper with cheese and no tomatoes. No cheese and got tomatoes. I also ordered chicken sandwich with cheese. Once... again no cheese. The receipt also indicates cheese was ordered. My last experience was amazing. The soda wasn't flat - all of the food was fresh, hot and tasty. I even made another trip in the... drive through for a random guy who couldn't order in the lobby, by the time I got home our food was still medium warm. Read more
