Loved the friendly staff at this location, tho I wasn't happy to see cheese all in the guac on their food line - like a lot of... shreds of cheese. You need to be more mindful of cross contamination, folks do have food allergies at a growing rate these days.If you gave someone who is lactose intolerant a scoop of guac with cheese in it, and they were unaware & ate it, you'd have aserious problem on your hands. I understand yall get busy, but really its not hard to prepare people's food while being mindful.Also, I didn't enjoy paying for a large bag of chips, but getting a large bag that was not even 1/4 filled of chips - more likea small bag of chips. JFC, this location is ridiculous. Figure out your staffing. Last time I was here, no ice and missing ingredients. This time, the... line was 30+ people deep approaching noon. Instead of helping those people, they were processing what appeared to be a horde ofonline orders. Some folks, including me, walked out after about 7-10 minutes of this. Absurd. The staff was attentive and friendly. All the burrito ingredients tasted off. There was way too much cilantro in the pico. The... rice was hard and chewy. The chicken could've been cooked more thoroughly. I think the cooks need a refresh course on how toprepare the food. This is my first experience like this at chipotle. Read more

The salsa tasted like unseasoned canned tomatoes. The tortilla chips were verystale, completely unseasoned and completely devoid of any flavor.
