I wanted this to be a positive experience. But it went in a different direction. This place needs new ownership and or... management. For the price and location you should expect more. It's run down and service for us was good, but as we watchedother people with different servers had a not so pleasant experience and some walked out. The bar tender girl was smoking acigarette behind the bar and most of the staff represented the current condition of the establishment. received our food andnoticed the tartar sauce was expired and we did receive fresher ones after the request. The food needs improvement, it lacksflavor and the fries were stale tasting. A half hour after leaving, something didn't agree with my stomach. Putting that in anon detailed way. The guy in charge of parking is RUDE! He says compact cars only which is what ours was per the rental and turns around and has 2... Kia souls parked there. He was a complete douche! The server was also terrible and lacked friendliness. She forgot to put mymoms meal in, everyone?s food came and she came back to check in and I said she?s missing her food. Took another 15min to get itand everyone was done eating by then. She brought our checks out when we wanted another drink and I said there are several of usthat weren?t ready for our checks because we are getting more drinks. She said she had been there since 10 something in themorning and was going home. Switched us to someone else where we had to pay another 20% gratuity to her also. This place could not be more casual if it tried. Fun when there's a band playing, but large enough that you can sit far enough... away to still have a conversation.
