DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! It is the second time that I have issues with my order at at this location! First the wait time... was way over than I was told( initially 25 min and ended waiting 50 min). Second, the pepperoni side didn?t have any sauce, verydry! And I asked not to cut the pizza and the cut it anyway! And the staff in not friendly at all! Read more
Love donatos. Just not this one. We've ordered from Englewood location multiple times with same results. Pizza arrives cold.... Usually the order is missing sauce cups, or when recieved the sauce cups are melted.. not sure if it's safe to consume meltedplastic lol When I try to call about my order the phone just rings. The quality and consistency of the Englewood location has gone consistently downhill over the last couple of years, with more... and more incorrect orders. Our last order was for a salad with extra tomatoes, no pepperoni and regular Italian dressing and anorder of boneless wings with mild sauce. We got a salad with only 3 slices of tomato, WITH pepperoni and LIGHT Italian dressingand an order of boneless wings with Buffalo sauce. When I called the store, I was told that they were training a new employee.The store offered to credit me the amount spent to use for next time, which I accepted, but I doubt we'll actually use itbecause we probably won't bother going back to this location. Ordered ahead and when I arrived at the drive through and waited 20 minutes in line to pick up the pizza. I understand they are... busy but the employee's response to this was "Well, we are busy it's a Friday." Horrible customer service. Read more
