Terrific experience. I have been wanting to go to a Big Boy for some time now. Went in my youth and I don?t have one near me.... Food was great and the service was wonderful. Madison was the server. She did great!!! Read more
Enjoyed my recent visit today. The food was hot and fresh with great tasting Frisch's flavors. Service was poor, but expected... with the current economic situation and pay scales. Restaurant is clean and well taken care of with great advertisement displaysand comforting feeling while dining in. I plan to return again in near future for another great tasting dish. Read more

I've always liked Frischs. Never had an issue before tonight. First, I had ordered the crispy chicken salad. Looks good and the... new chicken strips are amazing. But...a few bites into this and all the sudden I see dirt on the lettuce. Once I look harder, itwas mud! I kid you not, Mud. I was done. So we told our waitress, who by the way was very sweet, and she took it away. So,having been in the food industry before, I figure they would comp the meal or take it off, and get me something else. So I getthe chicken tender dinner which was awesome. The manager did come and apologize, and told me in fact my salad should have beenbigger as well. So, we get the bill and turns out they charged for my dinner. My husband questioned this and he said oh, did youwant me to comp it? Well Duh. But we shouldn't have asked why you didn't. ???? Today myself and my husband came into the restaurant. There was a manager by the name of Kayla, who noticed I was shaking and... struggling with my cup. She kindly approached and asked if she could get me a drink with a lid to be helpful. She inquired if wehad ordered our lunch already, she took our order, and when our food came out, she made sure everything was cut in such a waythat was easier for me pick up my food and to eat without being embarrassed. I have a neurological disorder and she treated mekindly and very respectfully. This has never happened to me by anyone in public. This young lady takes her job seriously, shetreats people as they should be treated and she pays attention to the little details along with the many hats she has to wearworking in food service. I personally want to reach out to her, thank her and let her know how pleasant she made our diningexperience today. The company needs to know how wonderful of an employee this young lady is. Read more
