Had a gift card so I figured I would stop for breakfast. Ordered on the app as I thought it would be quicker. Arrived at 745... am and the line was wrapped around the building so I parked and went to go inside but the doors were locked. Got into the drivethru line, at 808 I finally made it to the speaker. Was told to pull ahead. Still had to wait for my order (which was just adrink and an order of tim bits) but the cashier was friendly. The tim bits were great but the peppermint cocoa was so bad Iended up tossing it in the trash. Almost $4.00 for peppermint cocoa that tasted like very burnt coffee. With a Dunkin movingin right next door they need to step up their game if they want to stay open. Read more
I was literally just inside Tim Hortons and they would not take my order. They acted like I wasn?t there. I stood there for 5... minutes and no one even made eye contact with me. This place is a joke and the employees are horrible! Read more

Today, before we left Ohio, where we... attended a convention in Columbus this week, I got a delectable breakfast here. We came here because I had seen a sign for TimHorton's in Ohio on our way to our Airbnb, and I had first learned of this Canadian breakfast/fast food chain via a video onSamuel and Audrey's YouTube channel. My breakfast was a Bacon Egg & Cheese English Muffin with a Vanilla Cream Donut and, ofcourse, coffee. Although I could not order their specialty sweet coffee because their espresso machine was broken, my breakfastwas all good. Read more

12/1/22 Not much has changed. In drive through, ordered 2 blueberry muffins. Total cost $4.70. Must have been microwaved.... Outside warm. Inside, literally a block of ice. Yep, you read that right. This is my last visit to thisstore. ----------------- About 40% of my drive-through orders come out incorrectly, despite repeating my order verbally. Niceas most of the employees are.
