incredible experience today. I went through the drive-thru ordered and paid, and then I was given the wrong item. I then go... back through the drive-thru again to tell them they gave me the wrong item and they told me they gave me this because myrequested item is not in stock. I then requested a refund and they told me SORRY NO REFUNDS!!! HAHAH WHAT? You gave me thewrong item and then no refund???? I always have a horrible experience at this establishment. STAY AWAY! It was okay nothing special it's inside of Dunkin' donuts
They messed up my order on DoorDash. Fine... got my refund, made the order again. They had the audacity to have my sweet... DoorDash driver sitting there for over a half hour ignoring him. Finally they give him attitude and tell him they sent the orderalready! Wich they did not and if they did they gave it to the wrong person. Mind you it was literally just wake up wraps andapple juice. I have covid and am relying on DoorDash to eat because I can?t go around others. And I feel even worse for thedriver who?s missing out on money because they can?t do their job. Thanks for ruining my day dunkin!
