I just went there to pick up my dinner and that's the last time I'll ever go there. First, I walk in and 3 different employees... see me and it takes a few minutes just for someone to man the register and take my order. When I got home I found out the doubleburger I ordered actually only had a single patty in it. Horrible service! Read more

This Wendy?s is managed exceptionally well! We stopped here on the way to College Station, and I?m not a huge fan of Wendy?s or... fast food- but Blanca ran this place like a 5-star sit-down restaurant! She was hustling around making sure everything wasstocked and the orders were correct without being bossy or rude to her employees. She let me taste the pickles on a new sandwichto see if I would like them. She didn?t make me feel in a hurry but was still working with urgency which is what fast food ismissing sometimes- everyone there is always taking their time, and if it?s fast food, you want to get it quickly and correctly.I was so impressed, I asked for her name and had to write this review! I spoke to a young woman at the counter, and I asked her for a small chocolate Frosty. I paid for this and then waited. She... handed me a tiny strawberry Frosty. I informed her that this was incorrect. She told me I ordered a junior strawberryFrosty. I consider myself somewhat eloquent, and my diction and grammar are in place. I repeated my order to her once again. That's when she informed me that this was a junior not a small. I repeated my order with her once again, somewhat frustrated atthis juncture. She told me she is going to need to get a manager we were going to need to void the sale then recharge my creditcard. I can only imagine the hassle that would ensue.
