It's a hit or miss with this subway. I order on the app alot and sometimes it's perfect but other times like today it was not... really good. If I leave special instruction to add alot of mayo also press the more mayo button on the ingredients page Iatleast expect to taste the mayo. The sandwich was very dry. Also spread the meat out to each end, stop putting all the meat inone spot. No one wants to eat 4 inches of only bread because the sandwich maker doesn't want to separate the meat slices. Read more
Poor service with my online order. Time for pick up changed after I got to the store. Likely due to in store business. ... However, in store customers continued to be served ahead of my online order. After waiting for 15 minutes past the schedulepick up time, I asked for a status. A woman behind the counter snapped at me when I asked and said: "It will be on the shelfwhen it's done." I didn't deserve that response after waiting and watching 7-10 new customers get their order before mine wasdone, 30 minutes after the original pick up time. It was clear this store was prioritizing in store business ahead of anyonline orders for some unknown reason. I have not had this experience at other stores. Rating is for poor customer service.
