So I figured I would give fatboys a try and I'm sad to say it was not good at all... This place charges Red Robin prices but... serves you convenience store burgers. I remember the burgers here use to be good but considering the size of this burger was thesize of a double cheese burger from BK, I was disappointed to say the least. The taste was extremely mediocre. I also decided toget a milkshake as I remembered they had homemade ones.... nope, when she brought out the milkshake, it still had plastic aroundthe rim which means It was one of those milkshakes you buy at the convenience store that cost 2 or 3 bucks but apparently 6dollars there. I highly recommend everyone who wants a solid burger for a good price to go a half mile down the road totouchdown burgers. Read more
Ok I wanted to be fair about this review. We were seated promptly, and served fairly quickly. Food was fresh (to a degree) but... that's where the goodness ended. I'll break it down: fried pickles - arrived soggy and by my count cost .40 a slice!, Buffaloegg rolls- a match made in a teenagers kitchen (sorry teens) the smell of the wrapper with the ingredients in the filling veryconfusing and off-putting, plus they give you ranch to dip, plain weird. The burger- not just any burger but the "Firehouseburger", first of all the thin dry patty is not what you picture at a place called FATBOYS! Its not skinny boys?? And the spicelevel for the FIREHOUSE is barely a sizzle. I was expecting a fat juicy spicy sweat inducing burger, this was more akin to aspicy whopper Jr., The brioche bun was good but it made me want so much more from that burger. The fries were decent- kind oflike tornado wedges but definitely a little on the thick side. We were also offered an alternate dipping option (cheese dip)literally gave us flashbacks of skating rink cheese. Came in after an overtime shift, walked through the front door to a 'seat yourself' sign and waited 10 to 15 minutes for a... waitress to walk in and say "are you good and awake yet?" Ordered cheesesticks (which were actually alright) a side of wingsand a "french dip" which instead was a philly cheesesteak without cheese or peppers and soaked in enough grease to make itdifficult to hold the thing. The food was completely soggy when we got it and the burger tasted completely sour. When we asked for our money back, they told... us they couldn't do that since we used their website to order but that they could remake it. We didn't even want to give them asecond chance since we both felt sick after what we just tried to eat. So needless to say, we wasted $50 and will not be goingback *Update* they stated in their reply that they offered to try to refund if we brought it back. They did not. They said "mymanager said we can't do a refund for you but we can remake it for you" If they would have stated that then I would have happilydriven back for them to try. Do not lie. Read more

Would give less stars if I was able. I came in around 7:45pm, and there was only one other table dining in (4 guests). One of... the servers greeted us and asked us to have a seat anywhere we please. Once getting the menus and realizing how outrageous theprices were we decided to just get an appetizer and see if the food was any good. We waited 19 minutes for a basket of friedpickles, and never received them but saw a server walk from out of the kitchen eating one. Then our server walked up to the cookwindow and repeatedly asked the cooks where our appetizer was, and once we realized they hadn?t even started on it after 20mins, we decided to leave. They definitely need better management and a price change. Read more
