cashier was on her phone at the drink fountain while I just stood there for 3 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. she... seen me as I walked up because we made eye contact as I walked up. I thought she was maybe an employee other than the registerworker. she was very rude and not friendly at all. when did it become okay for employees to use their cellphones while they areworking dealing with customers? whatever manager works here needs crackdown on their lazy employees or get fired. things likethis have happened multiple times. Night shift is absolutely horrible. I work nights and this makes the 5th time I have visited this location between the hours of... 10pm-12:30am. My order was wrong every single time!!! Not to mention the staff is rude and have no customer service skills.Tonight (11/1/2022 12:10am) I found out why the Night shift Manger was just as rude! He came up front screaming "The Lobby isclosed"! Rolling his eyes and his head. But the door to the lobby was unlocked for me to walk in. I do not recommend thislocation after 10pm. Read more
I have never had a problem here! Even when it?s super busy and the drive through is long I haven?t ever had to wait that long.... Every time I order the food is always fresh (as it can be for fast food) and my order is always correct and includes everythingI would need for my meal. The staff is always friendly and I?ve never had even one bad experience with them. I would never havea problem returning to this location when ever I am craving a decent and low priced meal. Food is bland almost flavorless and burgers are made sloppy its not hard to put a round patty of meat in the center of a round... bun if I'm spending $50 for food I don't think it's to much to ask for hot seasoned food not just thrown into a bag.
