Generally speaking, this is one of the better McDonald's in central Utah. However, if you are picking up a mobile order, those... orders are placed on low priority. I have sat at the counter for 30+ minutes multiple times without a single employee coming upto the counter. They will do everything possible to avoid eye contact and immediately run to the back so they don't have to facecustomers. Read more
Ice cream is unavailable more often than not. If your 30 seconds past breakfast times sol for the breakfast menu. Wait times are... incredibly long for fast food. The only other fast food in Central Sanpete is Subway so if your wanting something other than asandwich good luck. Read more
This McDonald's is horrible. They always leave something off my order. This time it was a big Mac, last time it was French... fries. Then when they do get your order to right the food is terrible. The bread multiple times has been hard as a rock.Sandwiches missing the patty. We don't go he tree e often but everytime we have been the food has been aweful. The only positiveis the lady who is usually running the cash register. She is quick, efficient and has excellent customer service. Everyone elsestruggles. Read more
Normally my review of McDonald?s is 3 ???s with the caption, ?It?s McDonald?s, who actually writes a review?? Unfortunately the... Ephraim McDonald?s is so much worse than 3 stars that I?d give it none if I could. The store already operates under hours morelimited than Google advertises, and regardless of what time of day you go, you?re greeted with drive-thru lines that never move,and food made either incorrectly or missing altogether. I worked for the McDonald?s corporation for several years while in highschool, and would describe this store as sinking faster than a boat without a hull. The newly remodeled lobby is nice, butafter waiting 6 minutes just to order, I decided my time would be better spent elsewhere. This McDonald?s is a mixed bag sometimes it?s great and sometimes it?s just not. I?ve had my order messed up here more than all... my other fast food order mistakes combined, but they also usually fix it when they mess something up. It has gotten better overthe last six months, hopefully I will be able to update soon and add another star. Read more
The worst Mac I have ever been. Lazy and rude staff. They were not able to complete my order properly. I ordered ?here?, got ?to... go?. Burger was cold and prepared carelessly. Wrong drink served. When I told ?My ice tea is bitter?. They answered me: I giveyou some sugar. I do not recommend that place. Read more
Usually I come and the service is fine. I mean it's McDonald's so of course it isn't going to be great but when it says online... that they are open twenty four hours and I see people inside but nobody comes to take my order at the drivethrough., it's prettyridiculous. This is the absolute WORST McDonald?s!!! I drive out of my way for breakfast, and half the time they are not open due to the... manager not being there, and apparently nobody can do anything without the manager, or they are having ?technical difficulties?or the food isn?t ready, they are out of half the menu items or it?s still half frozen. The morning management is completelyinept! I thought this McDonald?s was bad under the last owners, but the new owners need to fire their morning crew and findpeople who can actually do the job!!
