Asked for a CBR melt & was told that the veggies had to get toasted with the whole sandwich, and that once the sandwich was... toasted they wouldn't be able to put veggies on. A newer hire, definitely bringing the overall quality of the food down. Read more

Just picked up 2 footlongs for dinner. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken for myself and had it toasted. My husband ordered a Spicy... Italian on regular Italian bread, untoasted. When we got home and unwrapped the sandwiches, the bread on my husband's untoastedbread was harder and tougher than my own. I was not about to drive back again but did call the store immediately. I was toldthat they were sorry but the bread is baked daily. I don't believe I got today's bread but if I did, it was overbaked. No offerto replace the sandwich at a later date.
