it took 30 minutes to get my drink and let's start with it is a dripping mess. I go to use the bathroom and there was no toilet... paper. I wish the one in the mall was back because it's frustrating when they close the mall and downtown and the this place isso busy and the drink was so bitter but I wasn't waiting another 30 minutes for a new drink. Hands down the nicest Starbucks in Erie. Located right next to the mall. The convenience is first hand key. The interior is... quaint and cozy. The staff friendly. The coffee, out of this world. My personal favorite, the apple crisp macchiato, is the besthot drink I have ever had and I've had it three places. None of which hold a dime to this Starbucks. Keep up the fantastic job. Read more
I go here just about everyday and cole always gives me a great experience and we have great talks for the limited time we?re at... the window together today I went and wanted to try something different, Brandi recommend a great drink and it was very good onlydisappointment I had is that I didn?t get a venti. As a customer of Starbucks I never had such a bad experience except for here. Not for the drinks being made wrong but because... the total disrespect that the manager has put onto her employees.
