The store closes at 7pm but every time I have tried to order coffee before work they are cleaning the espresso machine before 6... pm. They should advertise no espresso drinks after 5:30 pm so no one wastes their time in the drive thru. This is a consistentproblem, weekends or weekdays, ongoing for months. I stopped going for a good while, and tried again today. 5:55pm on my way towork a night shift, and they are cleaning the espresso machine and I can't get a latte. Not that the company is crying to losemy $15/week but definitely not wasting my time here again. Read more
Food and coffee was good. It seems the employees weren't trained on how to speak to customers though.
Very dismayed to see this place go down. I was there with my sister a couple weeks ago and the service was atrocious. There were... three young women in there with one doing all the work! Apparently the other two were new but they did not even have thecourtesy to acknowledge our presence. After waiting around for the other girl to come and take our order we sat down to wait forour food. We were first given the doughnuts which we ate while still waiting. They were not fresh. After about 10-12 minutes wegot the toasted steak sandwich which was dried out with not much filling. Then we finally got the lattes we ordered. While wewere in there, only one other person came in for a couple of drinks so they were not busy at all. But each time one of the itemswas ready we had to go up to get it. We were looking for Splenda and this one girl just looked in the general direction it wasand said over there. Could not be bothered to walk over and help us find it even though she was doing nothing since we got therebut laugh and chat with her friend. In addition, the floors and tables needed to be wiped down. There were coffee spills, food,crumbs and paper over most of the floor. If these two girls are any indication of the kinds of people who will be working atthis Tim Horton?s, then save yourself any frustration and go to the other one on upper Peach. Read more
Ordered a Farmers Wrap with hash browns (in the wrap). This is what they gave us. Tiny serving and no hash browns. Doughnut was... correct at least. Read more

I asked for black coffee and they put cream and sugar in it. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was cold. ... They had the operation set up so that you could only go through the drive through at the time (10 am on a Saturday). It wasvery strange. I just threw it away and went to Sheetz but this was honestly really bad. This is more of an FYI to the owner. Read more
