What a wonderful gem to have in the sleepy town of Erin! The bread is exceedingly good, excellent really. Their baguettes have a... fantastic nutty, toasty quality in the crunchy shell and a fantastic texture, pull, and chew on the crumb. Sooo it turns out I was already following this place on Instagram,m and had it marked as a ?must try? but didn?t realize it when... we came upon it while tootling around the area we like to go driving! @lebistrodupain is LEGIT! Fabulous baguette and FLAKYcroissant is what I judge anyone calling themselves a French Bakery on and they passed with flying colours. Ah-maz-ing.
