Hadn't been here for a couple of years when is was South 88. The food had gone down hill . Just by chance I noticed that the... sign had changed to Pho Erin. Went on line to see what it was all about ( closed for sit down dining due to Pandemic) . So Iordered 3 types of soft rolls and some pad thai and rice. Picked the order up within twenty minutes . All I can say is thatthe food was fabulous, so fresh and tasty. Not real cheap in price , but you get what you pay for , and these days restaurantsare struggling to stay alive , competing for top spots for customers. We've been working our way through their menu since moving to town, and everything we've tried has been great! They were able to... accommodate a family members gluten-free needs (celiac disease) easily, and without sacrificing food quality. I am so surprised to see the ratings of this place. I paid over $60 for three dishes and an appetizer and the quality was not... even close to being worth it. The pad Thai was an almost solid lump of rice noodles and needed to be cut through to eat, thrownout almost immediately. One dish was not what I ordered and smelled heavily of fish when I requested all vegan. When I phonedto double check, I was assured even though it is not what I ordered, it was vegan and that they make it to mimic non vegantastes, but this was so pungent I am not comfortable believing that. My two stars are for the fried rice, which wasgood. While the restaurant was apologetic, friendly and offered me a credit, based on the quality, I won?t be visiting again,even with the credit.
