Usually have great experience here but last night they were off their game. I used the drive thru and was disappointed when... ordering onion rings that they didn?t have any, so fries it was and I also ordered two Buddie Boys. The servings of fries weresurprisingly small, it looked like it was a kiddie menu size and the Buddie Boys were served on a hamburger bun. Only theoutside ham slice appeared to be grilled and the tomato was crunchy as it had the stem core in it. The window server was stillgreat as always and I?m chalking the poor experience up to staffing/stock issues. Hopefully this was a one off and not their newnorm. Read more

Went in after my mother's chemo treatment because she wanted a buddy boy, I was going to get a grilled cheese sandwich, we... ordered and the server said they weren't serving buddy boys because they were out of the bun so she had to order something elseand instead of telling me they were out of the Texas toast they make the grilled cheese on they brought me a grilled cheese onwheat which is about half the size of their regular grilled cheese and was going to charge me the same price. My mom ended upwith a big boy she didn't want and I didn't get anything at all and when I asked the server what was going on she said they werealways running out of stuff. Usually stuff that they should never run out of, like the week before they were out of fries andbig boy buns and that she was shocked the place ever got any business because of it. Read more
The staff were amazing. They were short staffed when we went, but we had excellent customer service. Not rating a 5 as there was... some food unavailable and we were told ahead of time and didn't mind waiting, but there was a long wait for some food to becooked. Read more

We enjoyed lunch at Frisch?s in Erlanger, KY Friday, September 30, 2022. Our server was Elisabeth which make our visit very... enjoyable. She keep her eye on our drinks and refilled them a couple of times as we were thirsty. We each order a sandwich andfrench fries. The food was served hot and exactly as we ordered.
