Truth be told, Escalante is lacking in eaterie's. However Mimi's was definitely an unexpected treasure. The blueberry muffin was great!!! My husband had the chocolate chip scone and said it was also great! Worth going there for the... pleasant service and great coffee that is free with the purchase of any food items. I would go again and the menus looked goodfor sandwiches too. I got married in Escalante last weekend and originally called Mimi?s Bakery for a single cake. After a few weeks of... conversation, I ended up having her cater almost all of our food. Mimi went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and tomake sure everyone had plenty of food! We ordered breakfast (muffins & croissants), a fruit platter, a veggie platter, a deliplatter, and 3 small cakes and she did not disappoint! We cannot recommend her enough!
