I worked at Panera bread for 2 years, as a manager. This is by far the worst run Panera bread I?ve experienced. Expect to wait... for your food for 30-45 mins while the employees socialize. Expect line cooks to not follow dietary instructions. Expect poorcustomer service. Read more
I frequent Panera and this location felt out-of place inside not exterior. Staff was slow and coffee wasn't on tap which is... weird because mo one was inside during memorial day weekend ???? oh well, still love their coffee and bagel choices at $1.79each. Mo drive thru here. Read more
Okays the hard working cooks and the food deserve the 4 stars. The setup and lack of friendly human interaction is definitely... apparent. The people handing over the food and the cashier should be the friendliest people we meet all day. (PANERA BREAD waslike that 3 years ago) *** People give tips to the happiest people*** ???? Feels like you are at the airport and you have thisconfusion, overwhelm and your about to miss your flight. Or not see where your food is in this case. Order on a ???? computerscreen. Pay and then wait, in crowd of people, staring at the wall or into your phone. You get the text that your food is atthe counter BUT It's not at the counter. It gets there about 3 minutes later. Maybe just modify that text saying WE AREFINISHING YOUR ORDER go to the counter and wait for its arrival. Anyways, no eye contact, no hello, no "thanks for ordering". Just a lot scream of your Name and last initial. "Joe B!" No identity for Panera Bread anymore. ???? nothing stands out, I can go to the super market convenience select for half the price salad that copies Panera. ???? Read more
