We ordered a pizza in the middle of the week, not on a busy night. The delivery was late and the pizza had cooled off. We... received an email that included an opportunity to rate our experience. We completed the questions and stated that we wanted themanager to contact us. We did not hear anything. A few days later, the home office contacted us and asked if we had heard fromthe local store.
