I can?t tell you enough how disappointed I am with the overall service! First off, my husband and I came through the drive... through. We paid, paid, received our order and went home. I called multiple times, no answer. I finally get a hold of someoneand the male that answered refused to give me his name and called himself Taco Bell. Would not give me his name, but said themanager is Mariam. He then continued to complain that they are short staffed, which is why they could not answer and the food isincorrect. I totally sympathize for the lack of staffing, but as a professional establishment why does this need to affect myorder? Why does that need to affect the customer service? I have worked in the corporate industry, I continue to work many areasas we are also short staffed, but we don?t reflect that in our care or service. It?s unprofessional overall, but I dosympathize with their dilemma. As a consumer, I am disappointed with this establishment, how it has been handled, and theservice.
