Manager brandon is a very good person i feel bad for him having to deal with this nonsense. This place has become the worst... place to order pizza they are always making so many mistakes or have no drivers to deliver. Tonight I ordered an online orderat 8:30 PM and called multiple times to confirm order and no one ever answered. I kept looking at ny tracker after 35 minutes Ifi ally recieved a message saying that my food was on its way I kept looking at the tracker and the delivery time kept changingfrom 9:40 place until 10:00 finally it said enjoy your pizza order complete! This is absolutely ridiculous I never got my pizzaand have been on hold without speaking to an actual agent for 10 minutes. How do you have multiple people working somewhere and they just walk by customers at the pick up window doing there best to... ignore the customers sitting there waiting. They have a line of car wrapped around the building and nobody seems to care. I canunderstand being understaffed but you won't be any less busy if you don't actually help customers.
