They didn't give me all of the food that I ordered. No drumsticks :(
I have only done the drive-thru so I cannot tell you how the inside is however for the last two times I've been through the... drive-thru I haven't gotten my complete order or my orders have been wrong which is very disappointing. The food tastes good. However the wrong orders have lower my score for this place. I hope it's I'm just unlucky instead of it being a regular eventhere. Also for the price you're paying the order should be done correctly. It's too expensive for the service you get here. Read more
After 3 months ago . Went to order some Chicken in the drive through. To hear a window person have a great invite to say "... welcome to KFC". This place needs a whole new make over. The customer service was terrible. When I got to the counter the server acted like he... was scared to the operate the register. The establishment says : (Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits) thisdidn't happen. While visiting you could hear the staff yelling at each others using vulgar language. The need to learn thedifferent parts of chicken. Got a combo, thigh, leg, and wing. Got a breast, leg, and wing, the server acted like it was no bigdeal and laughed about it.
