My daughter and her husband had their wedding ceremony at Island View and it not only was a beautiful ceremony, with the bay in... the background, but the service was excellent! Everyone bent over backwards to make the wedding special and a memorable event! Read more
Absolutely hands down the perfect venue for our wedding day. I couldn?t have dreamed up a more scenic location to celebrate our... love with family and friends. Jessica was wonderful and helpful every step of the way. She had recommendations for vendors andhelped the entire day from set up to break down. This place is now open for events only, and is no longer open to the public. I had enjoyed the relaxed waterfront atmosphere... prior to the pandemic, so I returned, only to find the restaurant closed. This location is at the end of a road on a spit ofland surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay, so it's a destination rather than a drive past. The owners need to update their newstatus online instead of wasting people's time when they drive in to find it closed. Read more

Not only did the scenery and the quaint cafe make for amazing photos, but even a month later our guestsare still telling us how absolutely beautiful the venue was. What's most important though, is Jess and her team handledEVERYTHING. We didn't even taste test the food before we used their catering, and we were stunned at how good the food was (thebest wedding food we've both had).
