This Dunkin consistency screws up. I only come 2-3 times a month and it's never 100%. I'm very patient and considerate of... staffing constraints so I excuse minor errors, write off rudeness for stress etc. Today tipped me over the edge, I asked for noice since historically when I ask for less ice it's always the full amount. I was charged $1 per drink for "no ice" which isannoying but w.e. then on my drive I heard ice in my cup. Now I'm frustrated. Cream means heavy cream NOT milk, "pumps ofsugar" means liquid sugar, not granulated and no ice means NO ice. "Extra crispy" hashbrowns means throw them in the toasterwhen I'm waiting in line, not pull the soggy ones out of the warmer in front of me at the window. This all happened in one tripplus one of my hashbrowns had a "dead spot" in it, the brown scar looking thing on a potatoes which tastes foul. Sodisappointing. Not worth the wait or $. Read more
They get busy at times. Service ok but donuts seem to be getting smaller in size ????
I only order from here about once every 2-3 months, but yet in those times they always seem to miss something on my order. I'll... use the app and do a pickup in store. They leave it out which is great but then I'll grab everything and they miss an item.Because it happened sorta regularly I even would ask "is this order all good?" They say yes, so no need to check, but then theyforgot something just like last time. It's a hassle to call in to get a refund. Just get the orders right please. Read more
