The... customer service always good they always offer you options if you want to add something or you want to replace it , is alwaysoptions to enjoy this delicious desserts The prices are reasonable, they have a variety of cakes, cheesecakes, milkshakes, theambience is cozy they played background romantic music , its a very nice place to enjoy with friends , family, orcouples. I had an alright time here. They have a lot of selection for dessert and even food options. Ended up getting the skillet cookie,... tasted good but didn?t finish it. I feel like the interior could use a little update, as well as the washrooms. Entering andexiting is a bit awkward. Hard to exit when people are waiting to get seated, as there is not much room. Would be nice if theyhad a designated waiting area, so the access and egress would be less congested. Read more
In terms of decor and presentation I'd give a 5/5 stars rating. However, the food was just ok. The coffee and the nutella... cappuccino was nice but the strawberry cake was just a beautiful sugar load cake. I've had better cakes from groceries stores.The staff was also really nice, adding an extra shot of coffee to my cappuccino when I told him I could not taste any coffee. Read more
