I have my go-tos for Indian in the area but decided to try Kothur and have to say it's taken the top spot. I benchmark an Indian... place based on their butter chicken and this one slaps! My fam can't handle spice for beans so I ordered everything mild and itwas still amazingly flavourful. The Channa Masala was delicious, and I especially liked the way the chickpeas were cooked. I wish I had come to this place earlier, it has such good south Indian food! We ordered the kothur veg platter and chicken 65... for starters And both were great. The kothur veg platter had a samosa, some aloo tikkis, pakoras and vadas and is a must try. Chicken 65 was crispy and good, really liked it. For mains, we got kothur chicken curry, garlic Naan, a South Indian parathaand mysore masala dosa. We also ordered a madras coffee. Highly recommend the place overall. Read more
