Service is better here, then most locations in this neighborhood. Friendly staff and pretty quick service. Got the McCrispy... chicken sandwich combo and a happy meal. Pokemon cards are back! I received horrible service today from the majority of the staff this evening. The cashier was polite and i did not get her... name. There was a young girl serving me and my family as she was full of eye rolls and a bad attitude to say the least. I askedto speak with her manager and at first she said he wasnt available. Shortly the man in the photo approached me in uniform andsaid he was the manager and told him what happened and that the employee needs an attitude check. And then the same girl rudelyinterupted her 'manager' and began raising her voice saying she didnt do anything.Then two or more girls interjected and rudelyvoiced their opinions. The 'manager' wasn't helpful and advocated for the rude employees on shift. No one appologized. Then atall older lady with short brown hair came dressed in uniform and i asked if she was the manager and she replied "not yet" andignored the situation. Then the employees gossiped and cackled in their native language in an verbally abusive manner. I knowthis because I was told by another customer, who spoke the language and was waiting in line and witnessed the situation. So Ivebeen to many mcdonalds locations it is not not the norm to be served by employees who do the bare bones minimum when servingcustomers. We expect to be treated with respect. Decent location . Have a lot of people coming in and going through the evening . The team working here is decent and they... maintain the cleanliness of the location. Their order automatic machine is sometimes broken and doesn?t work fine. We orderedfillet o fish and jr mc chicken and peach fruit shake and chocolate and strawberry shake. The bill came down to 30$ for 3people. It?s easily accessible as there is a lot of parking space and even wheel chair accessible. The food did take timesince the order didn?t went through. Very fast service at the counter when I ordered my customized egg McMuffins without the bread and a couple of extra tomato... slices. Avoiding gluten at McDonald's is super easy and makes breakfast or lunch time a snap for a Celiac like me. The foodcame out hot and fresh and well presented. I was first in line to order as know one else was there but 5 people came in after me. I understand if they only ordered coffee... they should go ahead. But every one else did as well! I had to wait 10 minutes for your new crispy chicken and when I askedabout it they said they were cooking it. If they had told me it would be delayed I would have ordered something else! Read more
