09/20/22 Service is super slow. Orders after my order was prioritized. Unprofessional. *Update* Food was already in the warmer... in front of the line up. Chicken on the rocks was the food I ordered with small fries. The fries that was made in a batch wasused for orders after me instead of just serving it along with my food that way the order would be done already. Read more
The staff was friendly. The topping and sauce could use a refresh. Browning lettuce. Not the best Osmows I've visited.
It would be 0 if allowed. Deliver wrong food and refused to help. Tasted what was delivered and it almost made me sick. Dried... and rubbery meat. Horrible horrible horrible. Response received by owner is a cop out. Yes uber messed up but your responsiblefor ensuring proper pick up. I also said I don?t care about money just give me correct food which was refused. I had placed a home delivery order when it was buy 1 get 1 on a Saturday. I had ordered extra sauces on the side along with... onions. The onions were fresh, the chicken was juicy and the portions were great. I was skeptical at first by reading so manybad reviews but it was the quickest delivery available. I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews but my experiencewas great. I will be ordering again! Read more
