This is the worst experience and probably pizza as well - put an order well ahead of the expect time - 3h, payed for it, got... confirmation and they even baked pizza as the driver called me, and then 4 mins before expected delivery they called me to saythat address is outside of delivery zone - now I have to feed all my guests(kids) with no pizza! This company is unreliable -they can?t deliver to their promise and most likely will let you down the same way as they did with me! I wouldn?t recommendordering from them at all. Read more
They recently got rid of the personal sized pizzas (which were perfect for a single person) and now only start with the small... size, but the prices seem to have also increased. So now, you are forced to pay more for extra pizza which then goes to waste.I'd have understood a price increase based on inflation, but there doesn't seem to be a reason to discontinue the personal size.(Formerly a 5 star review but downgraded to 3 because of this change which seems more like a money grab and a waste as it forcespeople to buy larger pizzas). So I am giving this location 3 stars. A star for proximity, clean store and great jerk chicken Pizza????. I took two stars away... because of the rest of the order which included jerk chicken wings, garlic chicken wings, and cinnamon twist sticks. The wingswere so regular the reminded me of the frozen ones you get from the store and heat them up then pour some sauce to give themflavor. And the cinnamon twists felt like they were microwaved because they were chewy then sprinkled with icing powder forappeal. Dear Panago - I love you. Not only is it very convenient and fast, but it is the best quality chain pizza out there. I love the... variety of options. (Different sauces, toppings & dips) The online ordering is so easy and user friendly. Plus the pizza isalways ready on time. I?ve tried a few different pizzas but I always come back to the Chicken Club Pizza. The wings wereactually awesome too. Read more

Cheese is cooked on the top of everything else which makes the cheese over cooked and the flavour from the toppings aren?t able... to come out. The pizza is overpriced here and isn?t worth its price. They claim if it is cooked this way that it will be burnt,but actually it cooks very nicely and helps the flavour of the toppings come out nicely. Not sure if it?s just this store ormany others do it the same way. They certainly don?t understand the the way a pizza is supposed to be made and why toppings aresupposed to be cooked on top for the reason of flavour and quality. Maybe they will in the future.
