Very disappointed at the 3359 Bloor St West Location. They made me wait an extra 20mins for two basic cheese pizzas. This is not... the first time. I won?t ever order from this store anymore. Read more
Even 1 star is too much for them. I went yesterday and I ordered a Bacon poutine and when I received it there was barely any... sauce and bacon was undercook. I asked for my POS receipt and the cashier I threw it and I asked him again Its my right youprint again then he brought me Makeline printer?s receipt which is not for for customers. He said either take this or leave. Iasked him You cannot talk to me like that, he said I don?t care either take this leave. I even told him I?ll complaint he said Idon?t care go complaint to whom so ever you want. This is customer service they provide. If you?re in the store and planning to buy the gourmet thin crust buffalo chicken pizza after looking at the picture on their... screen, you?ll get this one. Zoom in the picture to see black mold kinda things on the chicken. It wasn?t fresh. Good luck.Never going back there. If I can give the store a negative star, I would be more than happy to do that. I ordered special large combo pizza & they gave me very thin pizza. The dough was thin. I told the cashier that the dough is... very thin at that time he was giving me excuses that while making may be he made mistake but pizza is same. I gave cashier wholebox of pizza to check & then he gave me another pizza but the cashier didn?t even say a word sorry or anything. The customerservice is very worst.
