Always had great service. The lady always remembers my previous orders.
Came into this location on a Sunday afternoon with my 7 year daughter. Sunday August the 5th at 3:30pm. I always enjoyed coming... to this location because the service was so good and fast and friendly. Upon entrance into the store the woman was actuallycleaning, and I can hear her taking deep breath?s of sigh that she had new customers come in. Then she went behind the counterand rudely said ?are you ready to order?? as I was looking at the menu. She said this in a very rude way by staring at me with avery dirty look as I said ?hang on ma?am I?m still looking at the menu.? From there we ordered our food and as my seven-year-olddaughter was trying to figure out what kind of chips she wanted for her combo, I could hear this rude woman saying once againtaking very deep angry breaths. I then told her we will be eating it there. She left our purchased products on the counter andwalked away after without putting it in an eat in tray. This is especially rude because every location I have ever been to theperson behind the counter put it in the tray when we eat it in the store. She walked away I then said ?excuse me?? This iswhen the unthinkable happened. This woman came back causing a spectacle telling me to shut up and calling me stupid. This wasunacceptable behaviour. She made me feel uncomfortable to eat in the store with my child. Immediately I called the malldirectly to make a complaint about this store.
