This location is one of the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Always under staffed no matter if you go through drive thru or... inside, cars wrap around the building commonly during the day. Their coffee or tea is hit or miss sometimes great and sometimesburnt. The Parking lot is always full of garbage too. Read more

Terrible customer service and food. Coffee comes cold, and food menu is almost non-existent. As other reviewers have pointed... out, night-time crew is super rude. I understand people have bad days, but this seems to be repetitive at this location. Will beheading over to other locations from now on. The place needs better order and hygiene management. Had ordered from the kiosk in the store hoping to get in the order queue... sooner. But instead, had to wait much longer than someone who actually went to directly to the order counter and got it fasterthan me. This was around 6pm yesterday. The manager on the floor needs to look into and handle better. Finally what I saw, threwall my concepts of hygiene out of the window. The guy who was supposed to prepare my coffee, before preparing it, he put hishands in the trash bin to push the trash in (no disposable gloves). Then, he didn?t bother to wash or clean his hands, but justwent on to prepare the iced coffee for me. I don?t think I will go back to order there.. Store needs to pay attention tohygiene. Read more
