Everything inside is filthy and the hot chocolate tasted like cardboard with hot water. Hadn't been to a Tim Horton's in years... because I remembered how gross their food and drinks are, but this spot takes the cake. Can someone explain why this is the only Tim Hortons where it CONSISTENTLY is so slow that the drive thru clogs up the entire... plaza and It forces you to be stuck blocking the actual road to try to get into the parking lot or drive thru lane due to ittaking 15 mins from when you get in line to when you get to order and order your food. I don?t know if this is due to nothaving enough staff or needing more equipment but please, this is ridiculous. The only franchise location that is this slow,come observe it if you don?t believe me.
