If you are able to make it out to the west end this restaurant is definitely one to visit! The service is great and very... knowledgable with wine. The have a great wine room and they let me do a little walk through it, I highly recommend if they allowit. The food was great, the lamb was fantastic as well as the passion fruit dessert. Read more
Reservation made ahead, on entry i was greeted by smiling front desk staff right at the door, neatly dressed and presented jolly... and happy. You can smell the aroma of beautiful food soooo yummy! Oh the table inside dining we walked through was neatly setand perfect lighting. The girl from the front desk guided us to our table leading the way. As we walked passed other serversmiled with a nod at us if our eyes meet meet. This welcome makes you feel loved as though you were arriving to eat at a familygathering the welcome feeling. Oh it was just beautiful, our server was experienced, happy, kind, and took care of us even witha little detail of a tiny slice of brownie completely as we had to leave with out ordering dessert. What an excellent experience. We fell in love with everything about this restaurant. The ambience, the food and the service. The... garden patio is so well set up. If the weather is good, highly recommend the outdoor patio seating. The food portions weregreat and also the food temperature was prefect. We tried ‘Italian fish and chips’, Margherita pizza and a seafood primi.All were great choices and tasted great to the last bite. The service was also excellent. We had a 1030 reservation and werethe last guests to leave the restaurant but never at any point felt rushed to leave. Overall 5 star experience and well priced. Read more

I had high expectations when we went to this Italian fine dining restaurant to celebrate the birthday of a friend. Customer... service was excellent from the time we went in with a staff opening the door for us, to the host who accompanied us to ourtable and showed us a small stool to put down our purses, to Boris who really is the best server one could have, everybodymade one feel welcome. To start off we ordered Italian "fish and chips" - the calamari and it was perfect. The squid was flouredand fried, was well seasoned, soft and tender and served with string potatoes on the side. Then I had the 6 oz prime beeftenderloin and it was cooked perfectly as well and tasteful. We also ordered the truffle mushroom risotto. I love risotto andhave had it in other Italian restaurants and is one of my favourites. This one had lots of different mushrooms and looksappetizing however it was too salty. It was replaced with another one but probably because it was hurriedly done in 10 minutes,the rice was not properly cooked and now the risotto lacks flavour. We did not eat this anymore and was removed from our tab.Also there were about 3 small flies hovering around our table that we have to shoo away. I had a glass of their non-alcoholicrose' which was so good and was about to finish it when I saw a tiny fly landed in my drink. The glass was replaced and so wasthe last ounce of wine.
