We ordered for hotspot. Ordered at about 6:49 it was to be delivered by 8:03. My husband waited over hour past I:03. Then comes... home I go straight back out a total of 10 minutes altogether and went to Hotspot waited 10 more mins and then headed to thestore . I walk in and ask about order my driver tried to deliver that probably 20 mins ago. I said well, she's like well mydriver has your order so I just said put my money back on my card She said Ok. Ordered at 7:28pm. App stated it would take 45-55m. 2 hours and 30 minutes later, we finally got our food. They don't answer... their phone, when we called to check on it. When we actually got our order, the pizza was smashed and the habanero sandwichdidn't have habanero sauce on it. Never had worse service from Domino's in my life. It would be so much better if they cooked their pizza just one minute longer. I realize the ovens are on pre-set timers but... really, someone should re-set them for just one more minute. The one in Etowah isn't as bad as the Dominos in Hvl tho, theyshould cook their pizzas for 2 more minutes ...and they know it. Read more
