Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and asked for a manager because for the second time, they completely left out a... blizzard in the meal combo we got. After the employee argued with me and told me I was a liar, he hung up on me. I tried to callback several times and they just didn't pick up the phone. Soooo horrible location for parking and entrance to start you go inside it's dirty and super unfriendly staff who put their... fingers inside of the drink glasses before giving them to you and when you ask for a glass they didn't put their fingers in theygive you a dirty look. Ordered a medium hot fudge sundae and it was super small and the same size as the person in front of mewho ordered a small. The lady at the counter then told me that she actually gave me a large. LOL! This place doesn't need moretraining it needs a whole new staff. You can see just how small my sundae is in the pictures without even taking one bite. Wewon't be back and I'll make sure other know to avoid this location as well. AND they missed part of our order at this point Ithink it was a good thing we didn't get any actual food (part of the order they missed)we may have gotten sick from their lackof hygiene. They have some pretty nice desserts but there main food is pretty bad, its not very appealing, or tast to bad. There desserts... are really good though, they have all sorts of types of different stuff to put in or to have for desserts. I last got a oreoblizzard and its my Favorite ???? dessert to get there.
